JAMSHEDPUR: Jharkhand People’s Party (JPP) on Sunday said an agitation in support of “Greater Jharkhand” comprising parts of Jharkhand and its contiguous areas in West Bengal, Orissa and Chhattisgarh would begin soon.
The former MLA said besides Jharkhand, “Greater Jharkhand” should include Bankura, West Midnapore and Purulia districts of West Bengal, Sundergarh, Sambalpur, Keonjhar and Mayurbhanj districts of Orissa and Sarguja and Raipur districts of Chhattisgarh. (PTI)
