SHILLONG: World Population fort night is being observed by NEIGRIHMS from July 11 to 24. The aim is to increase population awareness on various population issues. The opening ceremony was held on July 11 at 9 am in the OPD Foyer, where many experts of institute spoke on the importance of observing the World Population fortnight. NEIGRIHMS has set up a help desk outside the Gynaecology and Obstetric Department where three Professionals educate people on various safe methods of population control.
