Arunachal CM inducts eleven ministers

Itanagar: Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister on Wednesday inducted eleven members as Cabinet Ministers in his new Ministry in a glittering function at Raj Bhavan here.

The members inducted in the Ministry were Chowna Mein, Bosiram Siram, Setong Sena, Tanga Byaling, Atum Welly, Pema Khandu, all were ministers in the previous ministry.

However, Newlai Tingkhatra, Rajesh Tacho, Tapang Taloh, Jarkar Gamlin and Kamlung Mosang were the newly inducted Ministers.

Governor Retd Gen J J Singh administered the oath of office and secrecy to the Ministers in front of AICC observer for the state Dr Dhaniram Shandil, former long served chief minister of the state Gegong Apang, MPs, MLAs, political leaders and senior government officials.

Mr Tuki was sworn in as 7th Chief Minister on November one replacing former chief minister Jarbom Gamlin.

After the swearing-in ceremony, Mr Tuki told newsmen that his new Ministry was well balanced and hoped they will do their best for the downtrodden living in interior and remote border areas of the state. (UNI)
