RESUBELPARA: The body of the nine-year-old boy, who drowned in the Manda river on Sunday, was recovered on Monday from a spot that is 1km away from the place of accident.

Witnesses said the children were playing in the water when it was raining heavily. They had tied themselves up around the waist and were trying to swim.
