Nongpoh: One more KSU member was arrested from Nongpoh on Sunday.
The KSU member identified as Vicky Ranee was arrested by the Ri Bhoi Police in connection with the arson case of Railway Project at Ronghana village under Byrnihat Police outpost.
Ranee is the Khasi Students’ Union activist and he was arrested from his residence at Nongpoh, police said. Following his arrest, the police are still investigating the matter. Ranee is now under police custody for interrogation.
