SHILLONG: Senior BJP member Arvind Menon was in Shillong on Friday to conduct a ‘workshop’ before the August visit of Amit Shah who is expected to meet party legislators in the city.
Menon, who is the coordination in charge of BJP’s 19 departments and 10 projects, discussed how to strengthen the party and gave suggestions to party workers in the poll-bound state. State BJP President Shibun Lyngdoh said it was a training and workshop programme before the visit of Shah.
