Huge heap of garbage lying unutilised in the city

Shillong : While six localities in the city were handed garbage collectin vehicles under ADB project at a function in Polo Parking lot, just behind the functon, a huge heap of garbage was lying unutilised on Saturday. (Photo from sanjib Bhattacharjee).
