London: Pop star Lady Gaga has warned her fans that she will not tolerate anything against Adele after some of them posted nasty messages against the British singer.

Adele, 23, reportedly defeated Gaga, 25, in worldwide music sales. The news did not go well with some online followers of Gaga.

One message read: “Confirmed: Gaga will not be wearing her meat dress because she is afraid Adele will eat it.”

The posts shocked Gaga, an anti-bullying campaigner, and she promptly reacted against the behaviour.

“Lady Gaga does not approve of bullying anyone for their physical appearance, it goes against everything she stands for. A tiny handful of fans may be letting her down,” contactmusic.com quoted her representative as saying.

Meanwhile, Snow Patrol drummer Jonny Quinn has revealed the band wants to collaborate with Lady Gaga because as an artiste she is the whole deal.

The “Called out in the Dark” group has a lot of respect for the “Bad Romance” hitmaker and would love to get her into the studio to add something different to one of their songs, reports femalefirst.co.uk.

“I think she’s pretty incredible. To get her to guest vocal would be a coup,” said Quinn.

“I love watching her and reading her interviews. She knows exactly what she’s doing, she seems so much smarter than your average pop star and is really talented,” he added. (IANS)
