SHILLONG: The Shillong MP, Vincent Pala, who is otherwise a keen observer of political developments in the state, was not aware of the induction of the new cabinet ministers.
A party source said that Pala, who is camping in Delhi, was not apprised of the developments either by the AICC or the state leadership.
When contacted, Pala said that dropping and induction is the prerogative of the chief minister and the MPCC president.
