JOWAI/SHILLONG: After the Cabinet reshuffle, there is flutter in the Jaintia Hills Autonomous District Council (JHADC) to form a non-Congress Executive Committee under the leadership of Congress member Thombor Shiwat.
Around 16 MDCs are now in Shillong for a series of meetings with independent MLAs from Jaintia Hills and former Cabinet Minister Sniawbhalang Dhar.
However, Sniawbhalang denied the allegations saying he has no knowledge about any such move.
“I am in Jowai and not in Shillong and I have zero knowledge about the matter,” he said.
