SHILLONG: In connection with the Independence Day, 2017 the Raj Bhavan, Shillong will be kept open for the general public on August 14 and 15,(Monday and Tuesday) from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. This was informed by the Deputy Secretary to the Governor of Meghalaya.
