Tribal injured in Tusker attack

Mysuru, Aug 16 (UNI) A tribal Raju from Anemala, a tribal hamlet in H D Kote taluk in the district, sustained injuries after a tusker attacked him outside his house.
Police said the incident occurred when he had gone out to answer nature’s call and the wild elephant attacked him shoving him with its tusk. Luckily, he escaped from the attack and was later rushed to H D Kote hospital from where he was referred to K R Hospital, here.
Dr Chandrashekar, Superintendent of the hospital said the injured Raju was admitted yesterday. He suffered injuries on the left side of the chest and had multiple rib fractures. His condition is stable and out of danger. UNI
