Putian : Shillong Lajong Academy (India) beat Fujian Outshion FC (China) by 1-0 in the last group B match held on Friday morning at the Putian Sports Centre in Putian China.
Junior Reds Captain, Alwinson Bareh netted the only goal in the first half of the match. Alwin has scored three goals from three matches played so far.
After today’s victory, Shillong Lajong Academy have advanced to the quarterfinals of the BRICS U-12 International Youth Football Tournament. They will play their next match against Green Town Yuhua Taohuayuan (China) on Saturday at 5:30AM (IST).
