SHILLONG: The 27th All Shillong Inter School Painting competition in memory of Manik Ghosh organised by Rilbong Sports & Cultural Club will be held on September 9. The registration will start from 9-30 am to 10-30 am and competition will be held from 10-30 am to 12-30 pm at Rilbong L.P School & Rilbong P.N.Chaudhuri H.S.School. Groupings & Subjects are Group A: Nursery & KG (colouring) B: Class I & II (any bird) C: Class III & IV (any scenery) D: Class V & VI (any family scene) and E: Class VII & VIII (traffic jam).
Bibhuti Chakraborty, General Secretary of Rilbong Sports & Cultural Club said that as usual, drawing paper will be supplied from the Club. However, participants should bring their own drawing materials. For group A, printed subject will be supplied, and participants are only to colour. Use of sketch pen is not allowed.
The club asked the institutions to forward the names of budding talents within September 6 .
