Workshop on communications

SHILLONG: The District Rural Development Agency (DRDA) and IBDLP, South Garo Hills, recently organised a three-day workshop on ‘Field Level Leadership Development Initiative and Communication Skills Development’ in Baghmara.
DRDA project director AM Sangma said it was a “humble beginning with a holistic approach of creating” convergence among the departments for effective implementation of schemes.
