Kolhapur, Oct 4 (UNI) The city girl Anushka Patil has been selected in Indian shooting team for 10m air pistol events for Yuva Asiai tournaments, which will be held in December in Japan.
Anuskha, tenth class student of Veemla Goyanka English Medium School has been selected for her excellent performance in fifth and sixth international trial competition which was held in New Delhi recently.
Anushka has won about 35 medals including six each as gold, silver and bronze in various national and state level shooting competition.
She has also won a gold for the country in Asian air gun championship in Iran and shined in “Meeting of Shooting Hope” international competition, said in an official release. UNI
