Vincent Pala to accompany PM to Manipur

 New Delhi: Minister of State for Water Resources and Shillong MP, Vincent H Pala, will accompany Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh on his one-day visit to Manipur on Saturday.

The Prime Minister’s visit assumes significance in the context that Manipur is heading for the assembly polls next year.

Dr Singh will be looking for key inputs from Pala who hails from this region.

Both Dr Singh and the Pala would return to the national capital in the evening.
