TURA: Farmers from North Garo Hills have formed a society called the A’chik Indigenous Farmers’ Cooperative Marketing Society (AIFCMS) in a meeting held recently.
The new society will be led by Rahul Marak as president, Gregory A Sangma as vice president, Johny Marak as general secretary, Chiko A Sangma as joint secretary, Rakban D Shira as treasurer and Matgrik G Momin as organising secretary.
