SHILLONG: The Deputy Commissioner (Excise), East Khasi Hills District, Shillong has declared October 20, 2017 as ‘Dry Day’ throughout the entire District of East Khasi Hills on account of “Diwali”.

All Bonded Warehouse/IMFL Shops/Bars/Hotels/Clubs and Outstill Shops shall remain closed on the above mentioned date.
