Guwahati: Security forces on Friday arrested two militants belonging to the banned National Democratic Front of Bodoland (NDFB-Songbijit faction) from Assam’s Udalguri district. The two rebels were identified as John Mushahary and Joram Daimary.

Both of them had been declared most wanted by NIA because of their involvement in the massacre of 76 innocent Adivasis villagers in December 2014 and January 2015 in Sonitpur and Kokrajhar districts of Assam.
