SHILLONG: People’s Democratic Front MDC HS Shylla who will contest Assembly elections from Nongkrem said that Congress candidate John Kharshiing should be fielded as an MP to the Rajya Sabha considering the important issues that he takes up. According to him, people know the style of functioning of the contenders for Nongkrem seat which includes Lambor, Ardent and him.
He observed that Kharshiing has worked hard for the Congress and should be fielded as MP to Rajya Sabha.
