Shillong: Suspected militants killed one Deep Roy, manager of a coal quarry at Rajaju near Borsora in West Khasi Hills district on Thursday night. Police said it was difficult to point out whether GNLA militants were involved in the killing of the manager of the quarry which belongs to one Bhavani, a coal exporter. The body has been shifted to Ranikor PHC.
