NONGPOH: Three youths from Meghalaya received a warm welcome on their arrival at Nongpoh on Wednesday after winning gold medals in the International Jeet Kune Do Championship 2017 held at Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
The three Gold Medalist, Jerry Fiscal Wankhar in the 51 Kg Full Contact (Senior Men), Lamphrang Kharsahnoh 55 Kg Full Contact (Senior Men) and Pynshai Mawrie, 48 Kg Full Contact (Senior Men) were earlier received by leaders of the Meghalaya Jeet Kune Do Association led by Donny Ranee and their family members on arrival at Guwahati Airport followed with felicitation at Umling village.
