SHILLONG: The case related to former NEEPCO CMD, PC Pankaj will come up for hearing before the chief judicial magistrate here on Friday.
Earlier, the District and Session Court had granted anticipatory bail to PC Pankaj, and Director (Personnel) SB Borgohain after former Chief Vigilance Officer of the Corporation
Satish Chandra Verma had filed several FIRs.
Verma had lodged complaints against three senior officials of the corporation for allegedly extorting money from his subordinate Abhishek Kumar, Manager (HR), NEEPCO and preventing Verma)from discharging his duties. The third official against whom a complaint was lodged is PK Jaiswal.
