Shops, house gutted in Tura market

TURA: A house and two adjoining shops in Chandmari market here were gutted in a fire that broke out on Friday evening.
A short circuit has been suspected as the cause of the fire that broke out shortly after 7pm.
The shops were close to the main road and traffic had to be halted for over an hour as fire fighters tried to put out the blaze.
Traffic was back to normal after the fire was put out at 8:30pm.
