SHILLONG: NCP general secretary Praful Patel will be on a two-day visit to Meghalaya from Tuesday.
He will arrive in Shillong at 1 pm and later lay the foundation stone for the party office near the BJP office.
He will also meet the candidates and hold meetings with them. On the same day, he will leave for Tura where he will address a rally to garner support for the party.
It is expected that Patel may announce the name of a few candidates on Tuesday.
