Vietnam MPs to visit city

 SHILLONG: A Vietnamese Parliamentary Delegation consisting of ten MPs and five officials is visiting Shillong on December 26-27. The delegation will be led by Dr Nguyen Van Tien, Vice-Chairperson of Vietnam Parliamentary Committee for Social Affairs. On December 26 the delegation will call on Governor RS Mooshahary at 7 pm and on December 27 they will visit Sohra for sightseeing. The delegation will also meet health officials and will attend a cultural programme and dinner to be hosted by Assembly Speaker Charles Pyngrope.
