Seized

Assault
Md. Nur Alom lodged a complaint that on February 2 night Jahedur Islam, Wahedur Islam, Rafidur Islam, Hashanuz Zaman, Habibuz Zaman, Sophikul Islam, Abdul Rahim and Saddam Hussain assaulted Ishraful Haque, Anarul Islam, Zairul Haque and Moinuddin, INC supporters at Bholarbhita village (WGH) and threatened them with dire consequences.
Abductions
On February 2 night, four unidentified armed miscreants abducted Posonta Tapader of Assam from Rongsa Awe (SGH). However, police rescued him unharmed from Dikagre Forest near Rongsa Awe (SGH) on February 6.
Manowar Hussain lodged a complaint that on January 31, unknown miscreants abducted his son Muktar Hussain from Jadigittim (SGH), and demanded Rs 20 lakh as a ransom for his release and also threatened the abducted victim with dire consequences, if the ransom is not paid.
Injured
A person sustained bullet injuries after armed miscreants fired two rounds at Coal India Gittim, Nangalbibra (SGH) on Tuesday evening. The incident happened when unidentified armed miscreants attempted to intrude into the house of Jia Sangma. When the residents of the locality tried to search the area, the miscreants fired two rounds from their firearms injuring Donald Warjri (21) who was later taken to hospital.
