Football Delhi launches development programme for schools

New Delhi, Feb 13 (IANS) Football Delhi on Tuesday launched a development programme for the sport in each school across the region.

The programme has been created for the upliftment of football in the schools based in the capital. However, the interested educational institutions will have to register themselves on a link given on the official Twitter handle of Football Delhi.

“We are glad to announce our first step towards launching an ambitious school football development programme,” Football Delhi tweeted.

Football Delhi President Shaji Prabhakaran called the programme an initial step to develop football in the region and said: “A first step indeed to make schools an integral part of football development in Delhi.”
