Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda (R) receives an investigation report from Yotaro Hatamura, chairperson of the Investigation Committee on the Accident at the Fukushima Nuclear Power Stations of Tokyo Electric Power Co., at Noda’s official residence in Tokyo on Monday.
