Several questions pertaining to the functioning of the District Council were lapsed in the absence of many MDCs in the opposition.

In the first few hours, only two members of the Opposition were present during the question hour while Congress MDCs Donevan Kharwanlang and Kimfa Marbaning UDP MDC Teinwell Dkhar and KHNAM MDC Adelbert Nongrum came after the question hour.

Members who posed questions on the last day were UDP MDC T. Dkhar, HSPDP MDCs Manstudy Nongrem and T.S. Thangkhiew.

When asked by reporters after the session on whether it was the first time in the KHADC that questions were lapsed, KHADC CEM PN Syiem said that he was unaware of such past events.
