The Directorate of Civil Defence and Home Guards, Shillong has uploaded brochures published by the Directorate General of Civil Defence, Government of India giving details of various measures to be taken before, during and after disasters in the website www.meghomeguards.gov.in.
Calendar
The multi-pages and single page Meghalaya Calendar will be put on sale from January 17 onwards at the office of the Directorate of Information and Publications, Lower Lachaumiere. The price of the multi-pages calendar is Rs40 while that of the single page is Rs5.
