JOWAI: An elderly man, Kral Tang was found lying in a pool of blood with his throat slit at his residence in Phramer, West Jaintia on Thursday.
According to sources, Tang was a businessman in Jaintia Hills.
Police informed that Tang was alone in the house when the incident occurred as his wife and children had left home in the morning.
It was at 2 pm when they returned home that they found Tang lying in a pool of blood with his throat slit.
Robin Ksoo of Shohshrieh village is the prime suspect in the murder and is absconding, Phramer police said and the investigation is on.
