SHILLONG: The 27 members of the Hynniewtrep Youth Council (HYC) have dissolved the HYC Shella Area Unit citing their differences with the general secretary of the central body, Roy Kupar Synrem who is also from Shella.
Addressing a press conference on Thursday, its former president, Macdonald Mawa said, “We oppose his style of functioning over activities that are against the Shella unit and against the public of Shella. Although, we have nothing against the HYC.”
