SHILLONG: NEIGRIHMS has clarified that Dr. Rajini Thabah, whose name had appeared in connection with anesthesia consultants, has made a representation to the Director of NEIGRIHMS clarifying her position regarding her refusal to take up the Urology OT.
In her letter, she stated that she had been allotted other responsibilities on the particular date.
“This false accusation in the media has disturbed not only me but my entire family” she said adding that such news has resulted in intense mental turmoil. A statement issued by the public relations officer said that in the past, efforts were made to tarnish the image of female anaesthetists of the institute.
