SHILLONG: 1ST open to all football knock-out tournament 2018 to be held on September 29 at Madan Nongthymmai, Shillong. The prize money for the tourney is Rs 50,000. For registration Rs 1000 has to be paid by each team along with an entry fee of Rs 2000.
