Tura Don Bosco College tops B. Sc Chemistry honours in state

TURA: Two students from Don Bosco College in Tura have topped the merit list in this year’s Bachelor of Science Chemistry honours results of which were declared on Thursday by the North Eastern Hill University (NEHU).

The first position in the merit list went to Ms Kanka Saha of Don Bosco while her colleague Rikrang N Arengh secured the 5th position among the top ten in the merit list. While Kanka secured a total of 685 marks, Rikrang received a total of 665 marks.

The second position went to Wai Wai Tun of Union Christian College, Barapani, Khriemenuo Sachu of Lady Keane College Shillong (3rd position), Roopjyoti Misra of St. Edmund’s College Shillong (4th position), Upasona Dutta of St. Edmund’s (6th), George Branson Katrai of St. Anthony’s College, Shillong (7th), Rei Star of St. Mary’s College Shillong (8th), Anusuya Chakraborty of St. Edmund’s (9th) and Sabai Phyu of Union Christian College in 10th position
