The state karate contingent pose after their return from the recently concluded XXIX JKAI National Training Camps and Karate Championship in Kolkata. The state karateka team emerged overall champions winning 32 medals (17 Gold, 8 Silver and 8 Bronze). Young karatekas Wanretngen Malngiang, Gerard A Nongkhlaw, Richiestar Kharkongor & Isadora Lyngdoh were adjudged promising players of the tournament.
