Los Angeles: High School Musical star Vanessa Hudgens says she has a “mad obsession” with drawing on herself.
The 23-year-old, who was recently pictured with a tattoo on her foot reading, ‘All you need is love’, said the inking was actually fake and a result of her love of drawing on her own body, reported Showbizspy online.
“It’s fake. I have this mad obsession with drawing on myself, like, I cannot help it! I draw all over my hands, all over my arms, obviously my foot. It’s just fun. It’s hard to commit to a tattoo, like, I have a few, so, when you write on yourself it’s not that much of a commitment,” Hudgens said.
The actress, who had a butterfly etched on her neck last year, said she made the decision to have it inscribed on her body because she was named after the creature.
“It was very last minute, but I’ve actually wanted it for years. A butterfly landed on my mom’s stomach a week before I was born and that’s how I got my name, because Vanessa means butterfly – it’s a Latin derivative,” Hudgens said. (PTI)
