SHILLONG: A woman, Jubina Siangshai of Moolamanoh village, East Jaintia Hills has lodged a complaint that on March 23, three parsons, Madan Mohan Upadhya, Sunil Kumar Khemka and Pradeep Bagla, all of M/s Amrit Cement Ltd., Umlaper village, Elaka Rymbai , approached her for supply of coal for their cement plant on credit and accordingly coal valued around Rs. 1,24,06,974 was supplied to the cement plant.
However, the complainant realised that the management of the coal plant represented by Madan Mohan Upadhya and others has no intention to clear the amount and that there is likelihood of them absconding without clearing the dues.
