3rd District Task Force meet on MRVC

Jowai: The office of the District Medical & Health Officer, West Jaintia Hills, Jowai recently held the 3rd District Task Force meeting on Measles Rubella Vaccination Campaign at the office chamber of the Deputy Commissioner.
WJH DC, Garod LSN Dykes said that the achievement during the ongoing campaign is due to the collective efforts.
The district task force which included the Block Development Officer of Thadlaskein Block, Education officials of JHADC, DSEO, DPO, DTO and medical officers the DC applauded all those who have played an essential role in bringing an understanding of the importance of the campaign.
It was informed that 94,628 children were vaccinated with 1088 schools coverage in all the three blocks in the district.
