Mawkyrwat: Ahead of the council polls in 2019, the HSPDP Mawkyrwat Constituency got a shot in the arm in which many leaders and supporters including women and youths are all set to join the party in the next few days.
General Secretary HSPDP Mawkyrwat Constituency, W Wanniang informed that there are many leaders and supporters of other political parties who have expressed their willingness to join the party and support any candidate that the party puts up for the election.
Wanniang also informed that the HSPDP Mawkyrwat Constituency has therefore decided to hold a general meeting of the party on October 23 at 11 am in the office of the party (residence of Renik Lyngdoh, MLA) at Mawkyrwat.
“On this meeting we will also welcome all the leaders and supporters of other political parties who have decided to join the party,” Wanniang said.An ambulance which was donated by some leaders from Mawkyrwat area will also be released on this day.
