ShilLong: Rossing Langlein, Headman of Muphlang village (WJH) lodged a complaint that on October 28 around 7:30 pm, an altercation took place at the residence of Lyngkitbor Ryngkhlem at Dongneng Muphlang (WJH).
Two persons identified as Dawan Langlein and Nipaya Langlein sustained injuries and were shifted to Dr. Norman Tunnel Hospital, Jowai, where the attending MO declared Nipaya Langlein as brought dead.In this connection, police arrested Lyngkitbor Ryngkhlem.
