TURA: An awareness gram sabha programme against corruption was organized during the vigilance awareness week under the theme Eradication of Corruption- ‘Build a New India’ at Tungruchur Village in Mahendraganj from October 29 to November 3.

The programme was organized by the representatives of JNV during which speakers sensitized the villagers about anti corruption measures by involving villagers in the discussion. Causes of corruption, measures and role of ACB and CVC were also discussed in the programme.

 During the programme villagers also shared problems faced by them due to corruption after which the gathering took the integrity pledge against corruption.
