35 injured as bus overturned on way to Shillong

SHILLONG: At least 35 persons were injured when a Meghalaya State government bus carrying about 50-60 passengers from Mawryngkneng to Shillong overturned on Sunday. All the victims were rushed to nearby PHCs and hospitals in Shillong by 108 ambulances, according to initial reports. The people were traveling to Shillong to take part in a procession.
