Man duped of over Rs 1 lakh
Amit Nath lodged a complaint that he was duped of Rs. 1,61,000 by two unknown persons whom he met online who had instructed him to deposit the amount in installment in the account of Reena Biswas at SBI Bararat Branch, Kolkata (WB).

ATM vandalised in WJH
On November 19, miscreants vandalised the ATM Kiosk of Bank of India at Lumpariat, Jowai in West Jaintia Hills.

Girl missing
A fifteen-year-old girl was reported missing from her residence at Mawblei, Shillong, since November 18 evening.

Miscreants steal motorcycle
On the night of November 16, miscreants stole one motorcycle (ML-05M-3177) belonging to Ashok Kumar Tiwari from Pynthorbah, Shillong.

Batteries stolen
On November 15, nineteen ATC mobile batteries valued around Rs. 80,000 was stolen from Sait-U-Kroh, Jatap village, East Khasi Hills.

Threatened
On November 13 around 9.30 pm, Phasland Nonglang threatened Amona Syiemiong with dire consequences at Thangbyrniang village, South West Khasi Hills.

Counter-charge on property
Donbok Myria informed that Cayleysha Jarain has promised Myria in writing voluntarily and with witnesses that the ownership of property at Laitumkhrah would be his if she cannot repay his money before August 31, 2018. Myria said Jarain falsely accused him of illegally colleting rent.
