NEHUNSA sports meet kicks off

SHILLONG: The Sports Meet of the North-Eastern Hill University Non-Teaching Association kicked off on November 22, 2018 at the Basket Ball court, NEHU Shillong Campus in the presence of the Vice-Chancellor, NEHU, staff and Association members. Among those who spoke at the inaugural function were Prof. S.K. Srivastava, Vice-Chancellor, NEHU who was the Chief Guest on the occasion, Dr. W.R. Synrem, NEHUNSA President, Dr. B. Sten, General Secretary and Mr.B. Kr. Mezar, Secretary, Recreational Facilities. The Sports Meet will conclude on December 11. The first game played was basketball (men and women) while other games including cricket, carrom, penalty shoot out, chess and archery will be played as per schedule.
