Guwahati: The CBI has conducted raids at the office of a major private company and the residence of its owner in the city, official sources said on Friday.
Following complaints of “irregularities in financial transactions”, CBI sleuths raided the office of J G Group of Companies at the Guwahati-Shillong road on Thursday night. The team also raided the residence of the owner of the company and seized various documents including those of bank loans. (PTI)
