SHILLONG: The High Court has granted Shillong Municipal Board a week’s time to look into the grievances regarding shortage of food and water supply at its shelter home.
Khroolamsalanki Pariat, who has petitioned in the High Court over the plight of pavement dwellers, has said in the court that facilities at the shelter home of the Board “are deficient” and food was not being provided.
