SHILLONG: The Ramakrishna Mission Ashram, Sohra, will organise the U Soso Tham Play Day Festival to mark his 78th death anniversary at Iewthymmai Football Ground, Sohra at 11 am on Tuesday.
Around 40 LP schools and as many as 1200 students from Khasi and Jaintia Hills will be participating in the event. The programme will conduct activities like calisthenics, martial poses, children yoga asanas and traditional Khasi dance. The rhythm of the whole event is especially designed using songs, phawar and others.
